VACCINATIONS

There are no compulsory vaccines required for entry into the country.

However, if your passport shows that you have travelled via a yellow fever endemic country, the immigration authorities in Thailand will normally check that you have received adequate vaccination cover against yellow fever, please see link below for more information http://www.thaiembassy.org/london/en/services/7742/84401-Health-Certificate-Requirement.html

Most travellers should start their vaccines about 6 – 8 weeks before they leave. However if travelling to more rural parts we recommend that you receive vaccinations earlier.  Malaria may be needed depending on itinerary.

Contact your GP or the Tropical Medical Bureau for up to date information on travel vaccinations
